Stacy A. Butewicz

First licensed in 2011, Stacy began her real estate career in New Jersey, servicing Equestrian Properties. As the former NJ State Equestrian of the Year and owner of high end European investment horses, Stacy’s broad network of contacts has allowed for much of her success. She received the NJ Realtors ® Circle of Excellence Sales Award for her large dollar volume of closed transactions. Stacy has been showcased on Fox News (NYC) for her equestrian talents and on Fox Sports Radio for offering her expertise on “The Voice of Real Estate”. She also created the “Aspiring Equestrian Fund”, a scholarship to give back to those who are financially challenged but seek an equine related career. Her enjoyment of horses also led her to create a business importing European horses to the United States where they trained, competed and sold to have careers as show horses.

In 2015 Stacy began to travel to Middleburg, Virginia and each visit she saw more opportunities. Stacy spent an entire year dedicated to getting to know the market and the different areas. Stacy believes that “Growing up in horse country doesn’t make you an equestrian and being a realtor doesn’t make you a horse farm specialist.” Stacy understands that you must know your product in order to sell it.

In 2019, Stacy was chosen as one of the 50 finalists for the REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 featuring young rising stars in the real estate industry under the age of 30 throughout the entire country.

Stacy’s clients range from boutique farmers to world class horse trainers/veterinarians to investment bankers to those in the entertainment industry. Stacy enjoys working with those new to the equestrian world as she has the connections to get them started from the tack, to the horse, to the house. Stacy’s true specialization is in working with sellers. She enjoys the challenges of pricing, marketing, networking and getting a home to closing. Some of the words her list of happy customers have used to describe her are “high energy” , “professional”, “efficient” and her proudest feedback is her ability to “exceed expectations at every step”.

Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned seller, Stacy treats all of her clients with the same respect and confidentiality. For nearly a decade, Stacy has enjoyed bringing the love of the lifestyle together with the property of your dreams.
